Fall in HK
By China Daily

Hong Kong, a subtropical city, enjoys a late but splendid autumn. After the sweltering, humid summer months give way to cooler, drier weather, the season — punctuated by traditional festivals and public holidays — invites residents outdoors for activities as diverse as sunset watching and waterfront strolls. China Daily photographer Andy Chong distills the magic of that fleeting golden hour, when exceptionally clear skies and an evening light stops the city in its tracks. From towering skylines and soaring silhouettes to quiet corners bathed in amber, these images are a reminder that even in the heart of the urban rush, tranquility can be found in the day’s final glow.
