Rubber trees are the most frequently planted trees in Hainan. Walking in the land of Qiongzhou, you can often see patches of gum forest. But have you ever wondered how the rubber trees grew? "Rubber seeds are buried in the field, begin to sprout, grow into saplings, and then slowly grow into leafy trees..." In your mind, picture a primitive and traditional method of rubber planting. At the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences, rubber planting is also pictured.
