Richard Cullen, visiting professor with the Law Faculty of the University of Hong Kong, told China Daily on Sunday that the improved Election Committee will allow Hong Kong to move forward again in a constructive way and he hopes those who are elected to the committee will have Hong Kong people’s interests in mind when carrying out duties.
