This year marks the 80th Anniversary of the Victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War.

To cultivate patriotic awareness and enhance the younger generation's understanding of what their grandparents went through during the war, the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong (DAB) is hosting a week-long patriotic education exhibition. Running from Sept 1-7, this event aims to cherish the hard-won peace and foster a strong sense of national identity across the city.

Hong Kong's contributions to the victory in the War of Resistance are also highlighted in the exhibition, along with in-depth research into historical materials about Hong Kong's wartime history and resilience.
