NANJING - Xu Junmin's double and Feng Boyuan's half-volley helped Kunshan FC defeat Beijing IT 3-0 on Monday in the fifth round of the 2022 League One, China's second-tier football league.
In the 47th minute, Xu donated a spectacular freekick from just outside the box. Four minutes later, he scored twice with a powerful header from an Aniwar Abduwahap cross.

In the other two games played in the Nanjing division, Kingsley Onuegbu scored a header from a set-piece in the 51st minute for newly-promoted Qingdao Hainiu to secure a 1-0 victory against Nanjing City, while Shaanxi Chang'an Athletic drew with Jiangxi Beidamen 1-1.

In the Tangshan division, Nantong Zhiyun beat Suzhou Dongwu 2-0, extending its winning streak to five consecutive victories. Shijiazhuang Kungfu had a scoreless draw with Guangxi Pingguo Haliao, while Zibo Cuju also held Qingdao Qingchundao to a 0-0 draw.

In the Dalian division, Beijing BSU defeated Heilongjiang Ice City 3-1, Sichuan Jiuniu drew with Xinjiang Tianshan Leopard 1-1, and Liaoning Shenyang Urban beat Shanghai Jiading Huilong 3-1.
