
The second phase of Wang Fuk Court residents’ re-entry to the fire-damaged blocks in Tai Po began on Thursday. The phase included the opening of five floors in Wang Cheong House and 10 floors in Wang Yan House.
Residents of the fire-damaged buildings began returning to their homes in groups to retrieve personal belongings on Monday — nearly five months after the devastating fire that claimed 168 lives and displaced more than 4,000 people.

Authorities have launched a significant government mobilization effort, deploying around 1,000 personnel daily to provide on-site assistance.
