Chinese shares open higher Wednesday

BEIJING - Chinese stocks opened higher on Wednesday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.01 percent to open at 4,123.67 points.

The Shenzhen Component Index opened 0.14 percent higher at 14,373.74 points.
