HONG KONG - Disciplined services departments in Hong Kong conducted flag-raising ceremonies to mark Constitution Day on Saturday.
On Nov 1, 2014, the Standing Committee of the 12th National People's Congress decided to designate Dec 4 as Constitution Day.

Since then, various activities related to the Constitution and other laws were conducted across the country and in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region around Dec 4 every year, helping the public better understand the laws.
