QINGDAO, China - Thanks to the 28 points and 17 rebounds from Arnett Moultrie on Thursday, the Beijing Royal Fighters moved past the Jiangsu Dragons 104-95, getting their second straight victory to move back into the top eight of the 2019-20 CBA standings.
