Hang Seng Index closes 2.6% lower

HONG KONG - Hong Kong's benchmark Hang Seng Index fell 2.6 percent to close at 23,972.29 points on Friday.
The Hang Seng China Enterprises Index fell 2.31 percent to end at 8,030.54 points, and the Hang Seng Tech Index dropped 2.26 percent to close at 4,157.94 points.
