Starting Oct 17, the Hong Kong Tourism Board will host the first-ever citywide "Hong Kong Halloween Month," featuring street parties over three consecutive Saturdays in five locations across Hong Kong and Kowloon.

Queen's Pier in Central will be transformed into a "Halloween Wonderland" with themed installations, while the city’s iconic Lan Kwai Fong nightlife district will host a "Monster Flash Mob Parade" and a costume party carnival.

The Kitec Sports Ground in Kowloon will feature a "Ghost Parade," and both Langham Place in Mong Kok and Mody Gardens in Tsim Sha Tsui will offer live music parties and Halloween-themed markets.

Special Halloween-themed open-top bus routes and tram lines will also be launched, with free rides offered to passengers in creative costumes.
