HONG KONG —  A sea of national flags and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region flags now adorn Gold Coast Piazza in Tuen Mun, brightening the waterfront as the city brims with festive anticipation ahead of National Day.

Across Hong Kong, vibrant decorations have filled the streets in a heartfelt tribute to the 77th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.
