A total of 25,000 free tickets will be distributed online to Hong Kong residents for entry to three barracks.

HONG KONG — The Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) Hong Kong Garrison will hold its annual barracks open days to mark the 29th anniversary of Hong Kong’s return to the motherland and the 29th anniversary of the PLA’s deployment in the special administrative region.
The garrison announced on Monday that 25,000 free tickets will be distributed online to Hong Kong residents for entry to three barracks.
Visitors can take part in a range of activities, including flag-raising ceremonies, military band and drill performances, military equipment displays, and hands-on training experiences. Attendees can also tour the garrison’s exhibition center, enjoy cultural performances, and sample military rations.
Tickets will be distributed free of charge through Xiangjiang Lijian (香江砺剑), the official WeChat account of the PLA Hong Kong Garrison.
Residents must register using their Hong Kong Identity Card, and each person is limited to one ticket reservation.
Children aged 11 and under may enter without registration but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who has successfully booked a ticket. Each adult may bring up to two children aged 11 and under.
The booking window is open from June 16 to 18, with tickets released three times daily at 10 am, 3 pm, and 8 pm on a first-come, first-served basis.

Ngong Shuen Chau barracks: Open on June 20 and 21, from 9 am to 2 pm, with last entry at 1 pm
Shek Kong Barracks: Open on June 27 and 28, from 9 am to 2 pm, with last entry at 1 pm
San Wai Barracks: Open on June 27 and 28, from 2 pm to 6 pm, with last entry at 5 pm
