Hong Kong's first large-scale IP character balloon parade made its debut at the West Kowloon Cultural District on Sunday.

The "Merry Balloon Parade" featured a lineup of popular local and international characters, offering opportunities for close interaction with them in a festive atmosphere. The parade wound its way along the waterfront, from Hong Kong Palace Museum to M+ and back.
