HONG KONG – Metro South, a comprehensive mixed-use project on Hong Kong Island, aims to contribute to the city’s investment promotion and talent attraction efforts.

Mixed-use buildings, which combine residential, office, and commercial functions, will facilitate operations and management within the city’s limited land resources, providing more convenient services and better working environments.

The development of mixed-use buildings aligns with the government’s policy direction of attracting businesses and talent, as highlighted in the 2022 Policy Address by Chief Executive John Lee Ka-chiu. This strategy is crucial for fostering economic development and enhancing Hong Kong's competitiveness.

With comprehensive facilities and high-quality residential and office spaces, Metro South provides a high-quality living environment.

The project creates a unique mixed-use model, allowing tenants to leap between work and leisure.

It can help attract more talent to Hong Kong too. It offers overseas talents and enterprises one-stop office and accommodation spaces, as well as business support and living services, reducing commuting and rental costs and facilitating business development in the special administrative region.

By combining commercial office and residential spaces, Metro South facilitates business activities and exchanges, and creates a more vibrant business atmosphere.

It also optimizes shared resources including parking spaces, gym facilities, libraries, meeting rooms, and shared office spaces.
