Chief Secretary Eric Chan Kwok-ki presented the flag to the Hong Kong, China delegations to the Ulaanbaatar 2023 East Asian Youth Games and the Hangzhou 19th Asian Games at Kowloon Park Sports Centre on Tuesday. 

The special administrative region is sending a 1,200-strong contingent, including 860 athletes, to the 19th Asian Games -- the largest in Hong Kong’s history.
