RIO DE JANEIRO - Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson Becker surprised players and staff at Fluminense on Monday when he trained alongside his brother, Muriel, at the club's Rio de Janeiro practice facilities.
The 27-year-old Brazil international was seen wearing a Fluminense shirt while working up a sweat during a training session in Rio's stifling summer heat.

Alisson is enjoying a short break afforded to Liverpool's first-team players following their 4-0 victory over Southampton on Saturday, a result that stretched their lead in the Premier League standings to 22 points.
The Reds will field a reserve team for their FA Cup fourth round-replay against Shrewsbury Town on Tuesday.
The next fixture featuring their first-choice lineup will be a visit to Norwich on February 15.

Muriel, who is also a goalkeeper, has made 20 top flight appearances for Fluminense since joining the club last July. The 32-year-old and Alisson both began their careers at Brazilian Serie A club Internacional, where they were teammates from 2013 to 2016.
