China's Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday that the United States was overstretching the concept of national security and unreasonably suppressing Chinese companies through a discriminatory list.
Ministry spokesman Lin Jian made the remarks after the US Federal Communications Commission said Monday that it is adding Chinese tech company DJI to a list of companies "determined to pose unacceptable risks to US national security".
The Federal Communications Commission added that it will block the import or sale of new types of drones in the US.
