Hong Kong is steadily returning to normal after being battered by the Super Typhoon Ragasa. The Hong Kong Observatory canceled all tropical cyclone warning signals at 11:20 am on Thursday, marking the end of the storm’s immediate threat.

Authorities have launched a citywide recovery effort. Emergency crews are working to clear debris and toppled trees, restore services, and ensure public safety.

Air travel has also been significantly impacted. More than 1,000 flights were delayed or canceled, affecting approximately 140,000 passengers. The Airport Authority stated that flight operations will resume starting Thursday.
