Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK) – the special administrative region government’s investment promotion arm – won a gold award in the best AI-generated campaign category at this year’s DigiZ Awards for its use of artificial intelligence to amplify the HKSAR's fintech strengths on the global stage.

In the award-winning project, InvestHK had partnered with French fintech startup Libertify to leverage proprietary AI technology and create a highly innovative digital marketing solution to showcase the city's fintech advantages to overseas markets.

The solution harnessed AI's advanced content generation capabilities to achieve a breakthrough in storytelling, producing diverse AI-generated promotional materials and videos tailored to different scenarios and audience needs. Through AI-powered virtual avatars and interactive chatbots, it helped the target audience better understand the rich tapestry of Hong Kong's fintech ecosystem.

The AI-enabled language conversion provided a localized experience for the target audience in France, the Middle East, and other English-speaking markets in this phase.

“This award is a testament to InvestHK's commitment to embracing innovation and using AI to scale up our marketing reach,” said Alpha Lau Hai-suen, director-general of investment promotion at InvestHK.
