In line with the event's frugal and sustainable approach, Chengdu 2025 will not build a traditional athletes' village. Instead, athletes will stay at two designated hotels located near competition venues, the Tianfu International Hotel Complex and the Holiday Inn Chengdu Century City, which will collectively serve as the games' accommodation centers.

The centers, titled TWG Village, will operate from August 3 to 18, providing comprehensive services including dining halls, registration facilities, medical services with traditional Chinese medicine therapy, fitness areas, competition meeting rooms, anti-doping facilities, and cultural activity zones.

Transportation arrangements include shuttle buses connecting the hotels to competition venues, as well as transfer services from Chengdu Tianfu International Airport, Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport, and Chengdudong Railway Station.
