Range Intelligent Computing Technology Group Co, a Chinese mainland's data center business services provider, is considering a second listing in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, according to people familiar with the matter.
The company has held initial talks with prospective advisers about a share sale, the people said, asking not to be identified because the discussions are private.
Range Intelligent listed in Shenzhen in 2015 and has a market capitalization of about 74 billion yuan ($10.3 billion). Its shares rallied at the start of the year as the emergence of DeepSeek stoked enthusiasm for artificial intelligence-related sectors.

Considerations regarding a listing in the HKSAR are at an early stage and Range Intelligent may decide not to proceed, the people said.
The company did not respond to requests for comment.
Range Intelligent would join a wave of mainland-listed companies looking to sell shares in Hong Kong. One of them was the biggest listing globally this year — the $5.3 billion share sale by battery maker Contemporary Amperex Technology Co Ltd in May.
Based in Langfang, south of Beijing, Range Intelligent used to be involved in the packaging industry before shifting to data centers. Its clients include TikTok owner Bytedance Ltd.
