Community leaders and members of uniformed groups will attend the ceremony. No public viewing area will be set up.
The Police Band will perform at the ceremony and a choir from Clementi Secondary School will sing the national anthem under the lead of two singers, tenor Chen Yong and soprano Song Yuanming, followed by a fly-past and a sea parade by the disciplined services.
Lee will then lead the celebration reception at the Grand Hall on Level 3 of the HKCEC after the flag-raising ceremony.

Anniversary-related celebrations will be held in all of the city’s 18 districts, with flag-raising ceremonies, parades, carnivals, shows and sports competitions.
Hong Kong’s trams will offer free rides for the public from July 1 to July 3. MTR Corp — the city’s railway operator — will give away 71,000 electronic single tickets through a lucky draw on July 1.
