Fans and fellow artists gathered for the funeral service of music icon CoCo Lee in North Point on Monday.  

Carrying flowers and pictures of Coco, fans lined up outside the Hong Kong Funeral Home to pay their final respects to the pop diva, who died on July 5 in a local hospital where she had been in a coma following a suicide attempt.

The Hong Kong-born singer-songwriter was known for her numerous hits, including the song Before I Fall in Love for the 1999 movie Runaway Bride, while A Love Before Time for the martial arts film Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon won an Oscar nomination in 2001.
