Annual harvest festival celebrates farmers

A major country with a long history of agricultural development, China has held a farmers' harvest festival since 2018, which falls on the annual autumnal equinox. The establishment of the festival greatly helps improve farmers' mobility, initiatives and creativity, while also presenting tremendous rural reform. As China aims to achieve a decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and eliminate absolute poverty in 2020, this set of photos depicting the festival has demonstrated remarkable accomplishment on China's rural development and rural revitalization.
