MADRID - Three Spanish clubs are in Europa League action on Thursday night with third-placed Getafe having the most attractive tie of the night as they entertain last season's Champions League semifinalists Ajax.

Sevilla travel to face Romanian league leaders CFR Cluj with the Spanish side needing a good result after four games in all competitions without a win

As with Getafe's narrow defeat to FC Barcelona at the weekend, the game promises a clash of styles with Ajax's passing game coming up against Getafe's organization and solid defense.

"Ajax are a team that likes to have the ball and play narrow, and that suits us. They like to play and take risks and with our pressure, if they make any mistakes we can take advantage of that. We feel comfortable against this kind of team," said Getafe central defender Djene Dakoman.

Jaime Mata could be given a rest in the Getafe attack with Angel Rodriguez in the starting 11.

Sevilla travel to face Romanian league leaders CFR Cluj with the Spanish side needing a good result after four games in all competitions without a win has seen the first question marks raised over coach Julen Lopetegui.

Last weekend saw Sevilla draw 2-2 at home to bottom of the table Espanyol and Espanyol coach Abelardo Fernandez has made it clear that his side's priority is to avoid relegation with his decision to leave key players such as Raul de Tomas, Marc Roca, Javi Lopez and Bernardo Espinosa out of his squad to travel to play Wolverhampton Wanderers.

The good news for Espanyol is that central defender David Lopez returns after injury, while Raul de Tomas' absence could see Wu Lei given a place in the starting 11 after his goal at the weekend.
