MOSCOW – Three people were killed and seven others wounded in an overnight Ukrainian strike on the Crimean city of Simferopol, said Sergey Aksyonov, the governor of Crimea.

"Emergency and operational services are working at the scene," Aksyonov said Thursday on his Telegram channel.

The governor also expressed condolences to the families of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to the injured.
