MANILA - The Committee on Justice of the House of Representatives of the Philippines on Monday formally adopted its report finding probable cause or reasonable grounds to impeach Philippine Vice-President Sara Duterte.

During its hearing, the 55-member panel unanimously approved the committee report, the corresponding resolution, and the Articles of Impeachment.

These documents will now be transmitted to the House of Representatives for plenary vote, where lawmakers are expected to decide whether to endorse the complaint and send it to the Senate for trial.
