Chinese shares open mixed on Tuesday

BEIJING - Chinese stocks opened mixed on Tuesday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.02 percent to open at 3,924.07 points.
The Shenzhen Component Index opened 0.31 percent lower at 13,683.68 points.
