The 57th China International Furniture Fair (Guangzhou), also known as CIFF (Guangzhou), opened on Wednesday, drawing a record 5,100 brands to the Canton Fair Complex and PWTC Expo.
Held in two phases – March 18-21 and 28-31 – the fair occupies a sprawling 850,000 square meters of exhibition space across 90 halls and promotes itself as an integrated ecosystem for production, design and global commerce.
A total of 1,582 brands, or 31.8 percent of all exhibitors, are making their debut, underscoring strong innovation across the industry.
Organizers have highlighted emerging consumer trends with dedicated zones for health and elderly care, pet care, and massage and functional sofas, reflecting shifting demand toward wellness and age-friendly design.

The event is also accelerating the digital transformation of the trade-show experience. For the first time, CIFF has launched a real-time exhibitor-attendee matching platform and introduced an AI virtual assistant to streamline connections and make business interactions more efficient and data-driven.
