HONG KONG - Hong Kong has almost reached the final strech of the cold and cloudy weather, as a northest monsoon affecting the city is forecast to start to moderate.

The monsoon is expected to be replaced by an easterly airstream gradually later on Saturday, according to the Hong Kong Observatory. Tourists and residents need to get bundled up as the weather will still be rather cool in the morning. Daytime temperatures will rise with sunny periods.

Under the influence of the fresh to strong easterly airstream, it will be cloudier and relatively humid early next week.
