HONG KONG - Hong Kong is brimming with cheerful vibes in the days leading up to the 28th anniversary of its return to the motherland, with national flags and the regional flags of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region fluttering along the streets.
To mark the occasion, Hong Kong trams will offer free rides for three days starting from July 1, inviting the public to join in the celebration.
