CARACAS - Venezuela has suspended all flights to and from Colombia after authorities said they have uncovered a plot to smuggle explosives into the country via Colombian airports on Monday.

Minister Diosdado Cabello said the move is in response to an uncovered destabilization plan that included bombing foreign embassies, police stations and healthcare facilities in Venezuela.
