HONG KONG - The fourth Hong Kong Chiu Chow Festival kicked off at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wan Chai on Wednesday, focusing on promoting Chiu Chow culture and industry.
The event, running through the weekend, features over 150 booths showcasing Chiu Chow cuisine, including braised goose and beef balls, alongside traditional crafts such as wood carvings, embroidery, and ceramics. Highlights include Yingge dance performances, Chiu Chow opera, and Kung Fu tea demonstrations.
