BEIJING - Chinese President Xi Jinping on Wednesday sent a congratulatory message to Maia Sandu on her reelection as president of Moldova.

Noting that China and Moldova are traditionally friendly partners, Xi said that in recent years, bilateral relations have maintained steady development and the Belt and Road cooperation has made smooth progress.
