GUANGZHOU - The 2024 Annual Conference of Chinese Cultural Centers convened under the theme “Cultural Centers: Lifelong Aesthetic Education Schools for the People” in Guangzhou on Wednesday.

The two-day conference featured thematic exchanges, exhibitions, and inspections of public cultural facilities, addressing key topics such as cultural center reform, innovations in arts education, brand development in mass culture, and integration of culture with technology and tourism.

As essential hubs for public cultural engagement, China’s network of over 3,000 cultural centers has expanded significantly through recent policy support. This year’s conference highlighted the industry’s high-quality development and charted pathways for future growth.
