MACAO — Macao's visitor arrivals rose 19.5 percent year-on-year to 415,000 from Sept 25 to 27 during the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, while the cross-border passenger throughput at all checkpoints increased 7.3 percent to 2.101 million, according to the Public Security Police Force (CPSP).

The CPSP said that clearance operations remained smooth during the Chinese mainland's three-day holiday. Macao registered 171,000 visitor arrivals and an overall cross-border throughput of 760,000 on Sept 26, the day after the Mid-Autumn Festival.
