A wide variety of artworks by local artists went on display during a celebratory exhibition at the Hong Kong Central Library to mark the upcoming National Day.

Titled Uphold Tradition and Innovate – Exhibition by Hong Kong Artists to Celebrate the 77th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China, the event showcases the artistic community's commitment to honoring Chinese cultural roots and highlighting the city's deep bond with the motherland.

Running from Sept 24 to Wednesday, the exhibition was jointly organized by the Hong Kong Artists Association and the China Artists Association Hong Kong Chapter.
