A fly-past and a sea parade by the disciplined services was conducted at Victoria Harbour on Wednesday morning, as part of the flagship flag-raising ceremony at Golden Bauhinia Square marking the 29th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
