
PYONGYANG - The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) conducted multiple weapon system tests from Monday to Wednesday, the official Korean Central News Agency reported Thursday.
Those tests concern electromagnetic weapon systems, carbon fiber sham bombs scattering, mobile short-range anti-aircraft missile system and the combat application and cluster munitions power of tactical ballistic missile warheads.

The tests, conducted by the Academy of Defense Science and the Missile Administration, are "of great significance in the development of the armed forces of the DPRK and are a part of the regular activities of the administration and its affiliated defense scientific research institutes to constantly develop and upgrade weapon systems," the report said, citing the Missile Administration.
