Ex-TPP chairman Ko Wen-je handed 17-year imprisonment

TAIPEI - Ko Wen-je, former chairman of Taiwan People's Party, was found guilty by a court in Taipei in a corruption case on Thursday and sentenced to 17 years in prison.
