Speaking at the event, Lee Ka-shing, chairman of Henderson Development Ltd, hailed the company’s roots in Hong Kong and its commitment to the community.

“From brick by brick to one ideal home after another, we have always held the same belief: the future of a city depends not only on the height of its construction, but more on whether it can be people-oriented, inspire dreams, and connect the world,” Lee said. “Central Yards is not just a development project in Central and Victoria Harbour; it carries our deep affection for the country and the Hong Kong region.”
