Chinese shares open higher Friday

BEIJING - Chinese stocks opened higher on Friday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.08 percent to open at 3,519.48 points.

The Shenzhen Component Index opened 0.27 percent higher at 10,902.72 points.
