Remember that ginormous yellow duck floating on Victoria Harbour in 2013? Now with nearly a decade passed, the cute rubber duck has come back to Hong Kong and, this time, with a friend!

The iconic inflatable duck, which is 18 meters tall, was created by Dutch artist Florentijn Hofman in 2007. The cute duck has since traveled through many cities around the world, including Sydney, São Paulo, Paris, and Hong Kong.

This summer, the yellow ducks will welcome visitors to the Victoria Harbour.

Before taking the stage, two yellow ducks showed up at a dockyard in Tsing Yi early on Thursday morning, before they were scheduled to undergo a floating test.

More details will be released on June 1.

China Daily's Andy Chong also captured some moments of the ducks being tested near Tsing Yi's Ting Kau Bridge.
