HONG KONG - One person was sent to a hospital after a fire broke out in an industrial building in Choi Hung on Saturday morning.
The blaze started at 5:17 am at an industrial building on Choi Hung Road and was upgraded to No. 3 alarm at 8:53 am, according to the Fire Services Department.
Firemen used four jets and mobilized three breathing apparatus teams to fight the fire, which was surrounded at 1 pm and put under control at 2:50 pm. One person felt unwell and was sent to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for treatment.

Members of the public affected by the smoke and an unusual odor carried by the wind were advised to close their doors and windows and stay calm.
