CBA: Beijing win 8th straight game, Jiangsu beat Sichuan

QINGDAO - Beijing Ducks grabbed their eighth straight victory after smashing the Guangzhou Loong Lions 105-81 in the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) here on Saturday.

Ekpe Udoh had a game-high 25 points and seven rebounds for Beijing. Jeremy Lin took 18 points along with eight rebounds, while Liu Xiaoyu and Zhu Yanxi each had 12 points.

Si Kun and Tian Yuheng scored 16 points apiece for Guangzhou, Zheng finished with 15 points, and Sun Mingyang added 10 points.

"Although we met some difficulties in the first half, the players stuck to our plan and set the tone for the game," said Beijing acting coach Xie Libin.

With more stable performances on the offensive end, the Jiangsu Dragons smashed the Sichuan Blue Whales, clinching a 96-76 win.

Antonio Blakeney racked up a game-high 28 points, nine rebounds and seven assists. His teammate Wu Guanxi also contributed 27 points, shooting 10 out of 16. Jing Hanyi of Sichuan had his shining moments and notched 24 points.

In another game, ZheJiang Golden Bulls smashed Shanxi Loongs 90-74.
