No positive tests in PL's fourth round of COVID-19 testing

LONDON - The Premier League confirmed on Saturday that there were no positive cases among its fourth round of testings for COVID-19.

On Thursday and Friday, a total of 1,130 players and club staff were tested for COVID-19 with none having tested positive. Previously, 12 positive cases had been confirmed from 2,752 testings which started on May 17, including Bournemouth goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale and Watford defender Adrian Mariappa.

English football's top flight is provisionally set to resume on June 17, after all elite football matches in England were suspended on March 13.
