Ibrahimovic may face one-month out

ROME - AC Milan talisman Zlatan Ibrahimovic may be sidelined around one month as the Serie A giants confirmed on Tuesday that the Swedish striker picked up an injury in training.

Ibrahimovic left the pitch early in Monday's training, the Rossoneri disclosed that the 38-year old hurt his soleus muscle but the tendon is intact.

"Zlatan Ibrahimovic has sustained an injury to his right soleus muscle during yesterday's training session. The Achilles tendon is perfectly intact. The player will undergo a scan in ten days time," read a statement.

The Milanello didn't reveal the recovery time, but reports suggested the hit may be out of action for one month.
