The projectiles, believed to have been short-range ballistic missiles, were launched between 6:45 am and 6:50 am local time from the DPRK's western North Pyongan province.

They flew northeastward about 410 km at an altitude of some 50 km, landing in the East Sea.

It was the DPRK's third test-firing of projectiles this year. The last two happened on March 2 and 9 each.
