HANOI - The 5,607 km-long racetrack of the Formula One Vietnamese Grand Prix, scheduled to kick off on April 3 in the Vietnamese capital city of Hanoi for the first time, has been completed, according to local daily newspaper Vietnam News.

Cars can reach a speed of 335 km/h in Hanoi Circuit, according to the race organizers' website, which said with the permanent structures completed, the organizers are now focusing on the temporary structures around the circuit, including the grandstands named after iconic Vietnamese localities, the media and medical centers, reception areas, and safety barriers.

The Vietnamese Grand Prix will run between April 3 and April 5, by which Vietnam will be the third country in the Southeast Asian region to host a Formula One race after Malaysia and Singapore.
